What they saw being prepared by Executive Chef Sylvester was what they had an opportunity to experience in front of them.
Each course was served on Le Creuset crockery with a stunning display of Le
Creuset cookware on display. Leaving the best for last, an incredible dessert was served – Carrot Cake. Not just any ordinary carrot cake, it was in the shape of a carrot served on a bed of pebbles. It was too impressive to eat, it looked like a piece of art.
Well Done to our pastry Chef David Allen for this spectacular dessert, and to the rest of the team for pulling off a seamless evening.
