St Patrick’s Day was celebrated on 17 March 2017. The Commodore and The Portswood Chefs prepared special green cocktails , green macaroons, lovely green apples, green biscuits and a pot of “Gold” was displayed in the Foyer area.
Guests joined in the festivities irrespective of their nationalities. The people who appreciated the occasion the most were obviously the many Irish that were residents in the Hotel at the time.
