Another amazing chef’s table took place at the Michelangelo Hotel on 27 March 2018. A table of 10 guests were taken on a culinary journey while seated in the heart of the Michelangelo kitchen, a place where Executive Chef Trevor Boyd refers to as “his home”.

Guests were taken on a tour of the kitchen, before being seated to begin their 10 course meal.

Seared Norwegian Salmon, Smoked Chicken, Monk Fish, Beef Benedict, Lamb Wellington, Montasio Cheese, Coconut & Strawberry, as well as the signature Michelangelo Creme Brulee was served, with not an empty plate in sight. Guests savoured every bite, and sipped on the various wines paired with each course.
